THE HILL - THE WASHINGTON SCENE - April 19, 2012 - Nine members of Congress donated their artwork for an EmpowerArt art show at Touchstone Galleries in D.C., to benefit Jill's House, which celebrates special needs children. EmpowerArt is a program created by Bear Givers, founded by Joseph Sprung.
